These Terms of Use apply to partners.coachhiredeals.co.uk and any operator waitlist, partner application or related service offered by CoachHireDeals.

By using this website, submitting an application or engaging with our partner services, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

Platform role

CoachHireDeals helps generate, qualify and route coach and minibus hire enquiries to suitable operators. Unless expressly agreed in writing:

• We are not a transport operator.
• We do not provide passenger transport services.
• We do not act as your employee, agent, broker, fiduciary or legal representative.
• We do not guarantee enquiry volume, conversion rate, revenue, ranking, visibility or booking value.
• You remain responsible for assessing, quoting, accepting, delivering and managing any booking.

Operator responsibilities

Operators are responsible for:

• Holding all licences, permits, insurance, vehicle documentation and approvals required for their services.
• Ensuring vehicles, drivers and operations comply with applicable laws, safety rules and industry standards.
• Providing accurate business, fleet, coverage, pricing and availability information.
• Responding to enquiries professionally and within reasonable timeframes.
• Confirming final prices, terms, availability and booking details directly with customers.
• Collecting payment, issuing confirmations and handling customer service, cancellations, complaints and disputes.

Enquiries and estimates

Any estimate, indicative price, generated quotation or qualified enquiry provided through the platform is for guidance and workflow support only unless you expressly confirm it with the customer.

You are responsible for checking journey details, operational suitability, vehicle availability, route requirements, customer requirements, taxes, charges, waiting time, parking, tolls and any other cost factors before confirming a booking.

Pricing and fees

Pricing plans, enquiry fees and promotional options may change over time. Any paid plan or fee arrangement will be subject to the commercial terms confirmed with you.

Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable for access, visibility, promotion, qualified enquiry delivery or related platform services, not for guaranteed bookings or guaranteed revenue.

No guaranteed outcomes

CoachHireDeals may use SEO, paid media, AI search, partnerships, qualification tools and other demand-generation methods. Results depend on customer demand, location, fleet suitability, pricing, responsiveness, market conditions and other factors outside our control. We do not promise a specific number of enquiries, bookings, rankings or revenue.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information.
• Misrepresent your business, fleet, licences, insurance, pricing or service areas.
• Use the platform to spam, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with our systems.
• Attempt to bypass tracking, billing, qualification or platform controls.
• Use our brand, content, data or technology without permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or unlawful material.

We may suspend, restrict or remove access where we believe these terms have been breached or where needed to protect customers, operators, the platform or our business.

Customer relationships

Unless agreed otherwise, operators manage bookings and customer relationships directly. You are responsible for customer communications, payment collection, booking fulfilment, service quality and post-booking issues.

Intellectual property

The website, platform, brand, copy, design, software, workflows, pricing logic, qualification logic, data models and related materials belong to CoachHireDeals or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, licence or exploit them without written permission.

You grant us permission to use information you provide, including business profile data, coverage information and service details, to operate, market, test and improve the platform.

Third party services

The platform may link to, integrate with or rely on third party services. We are not responsible for third party websites, platforms, policies, outages or actions.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, withdraw or change any part of the website, partner service, pricing, eligibility criteria or feature set at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachHireDeals will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, lost bookings, customer disputes, operational failures or losses arising from your use of enquiries or platform information.

You are responsible for the transport services you provide and for any agreement you make with a customer.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CoachHireDeals harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your transport services, customer relationships, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, inaccurate information or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Termination

We may reject, suspend or terminate an application, account, listing, plan or access to services at our discretion, including where information is inaccurate, service standards are not met, fees are unpaid, or platform integrity may be affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
